I'm working out just from past 3 months..I do biceps and shoulder exercise one day and triceps and back exercise the next day..and the next day i take rest..chest and abdominal exercise is common for every day....
is this a right routine for work out??
I am very much eager to have some expert suggestion...
It isn't right to train your chest and abs every training day, they are like all other muscles and need as much rest. And you shouldn't forget the legs if you ask for oppinion
