this is first post and I'm looking to start working out and gaining muscle.
I was looking at the pre-made routines and it looks like if you only work out 3 days a week you do more exercises where if you worked out 6 times a week you only do one exercise?
could you tell me which would have more resuts? how many times a week should you workout to get the best results?
if anyone would like to add me as a friend or msg me with some tips it would be much appreciated.
