I read somewhere that corss training is better than sticking to one form of cardio. routine is as follows
Weights - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Cardio
Tuesday 20 mins Intense Tread mill
Thursday - 24 laps of Swimming (50 Mtrs length pool so total distance 1.2 kms) in 36 Mins
Saturday - Stationary Bike 50 Mins burn around 600 Kcal.
So query is, if cross training has to be adopted is it better to do all the 3 everyweek or do running a week, swimming the next etc. Please advice.
