how to attain firm arm muscles?

Post by shee »

I have been exercising 3x a week, alternating light weights and dance exercises. I attained a curvier form but I noticed that arm muscles aren't as firm as i want them to be. NOTE: I do not want Big muscles, just want 'em to be firm.

I tried using heavier weights (8 pounds vs. usual 4 pounds) but the workout regimen leaves me exhausted.

Any suggestions?

Girls don't get bulky if that is what you are afraid of. We do not produce enough testosterone naturally.
You need to lift heavy. 3 times a week and eat clean/balanced.
Here is some good reading.

Shelly, I think that build a huge chest in 6 weeks one, might be a bit overkill for a woman . The name gave it away without looking.

Shee. Most women have approximately 45 - 90 nanograms per decilitre of Testosterone.

Men usually have 350-1,000, maybe 1,200 tops ng/dl, for normal levels.

There are possible ways to increase things like GH and test levels in women, without steroids or prohormones, but it's not an easy thing to do, though it does rise in women a little, between roughly 40-45 years of age, but I'm not 100% sure why.

So you won't get huge. Particularly if you don't become a person with a 200g Protein, 3,000+ calorie a day, bodybuilder type diet.

 All good reading. Just have to adjust for your own situation. I think a lot of girls are afraid to lift heavy and hard.
