Okay, so i spend most of training week in HS weight room. I train there at 7 am / after school depending on what's scheduled for that day. Its an awesome place to lift actually. Better than most commercial gyms. We have 2 squat racks, 3 benches, a load of freeweights, a cable station and some machines. It has everything.
So here's the thing. I won't say I know a lot about weight training, but I'd say I'm doing the right things(training wise). But like in every gym, there's always guys who are absolutely clueless. There's this kid who benches on the smith machine EVERYTIME I see him. Then this guy, whom I just asked today if he ever trains legs, he said, "yeah but I don't do that heavy stuff you know, like squats cuz it might damage knees". And a couple of guys who just came in today and immediately proceeded to CURL, walked out, came back, then CURLED some more!
There's a few more "MISGUIDED" souls, but I really don't know if I should go over to these guys and at least offer some advice. I don't wanna look and soundlike a prick though, that's why I've been minding own business all these time.
So, what do you think I should do? Help out or just mind own business?
what do you think I should do?

i would leave them to get on with it. they are obviously not serious about weightlifting and they might think they know better which could cause a bit of friction. i know how you feel though i sometimes just wanna shake these people who do nothing but curls and leg extensions. take comfort in the fact that you know better.
