Hi experts,
Please let me know how to reduce the chest area as I am able to reduce all other parts of the body but seems chest area very very difficult to maintain. I go to Gym regular. I start with Treadmill with 10 mis continous jogging with a average speed of 70. Then placing a long bar on the back and moving body left and right with full stretch with approx 100 reps. This exercise I do the wide legs, close legs. Then I handle the Dumbbels with a weight of 5 and again the same sets with 100 reps each side with wide legs and close leges.....Then I do the stand body turing with a machine which is commonly used in any gym for atleast 5 mins.......(Dont know the machine name)..
Now I start with the machine bench press with 3 sets: 1st set is of 150...then 125 and 3rd is also 125 with a very ligth weight of (only 2 initial plates)....
Then I do the machine flyies...as the same ....3 sets....!!
At last I go for the BACK ( front side and the back side ) exercies with machine..having 25 reps for front and 25 reps for back for all 3 3 sets each...
last I got for the sitt ups..the time energy has almost gone......
This is the total plan...this schedule is almost for 5 or days a week...
Please suggest me if this is Ok or you can change is slight...

Confused with HOW TO REDUCE THE CHEST ?
