Help!
OK. So I am 5'2'', and I weigh 140lbs. It's not the number that is bugging me, it's that I have always weighed 120lbs or less for whole life, but in seven months I gained 25 lbs, making me 140, and I absolutely hate it. It's a living hell, because I don't know what to do. For the first time ever, I have rolls of fat on back, and some on stomach. I'm really not motivated to run on the treadmill, but I do walk for about 60 minutes on a 15 incline, and do weight training. What else can I do? What should I eat?
When you’re on the treadmill you should be thinking of the rolls of fat you want to get rid of, that should be your motivation!!!!!
But you don’t always have to go to the treadmill to get your cardio.. You can do the Bike, elliptical, the stair master…etc…. You can also do some jumping jacks or circuit training.
As for weight training… what do you do?
As for what to eat… why don’t you write down what you eat and when you eat? So people in here can help you better. Beside exercising… Diet is important!
By me saying Diet… I’m not saying starving yourself… but its what you eat, how much you eat and when you eat….
Good place to check out is the “Dietâ€

Hi there,
Instead of going for 60 minutes on the treadmill, I would crank that baby up and go as hard as you can for 20-30 minutes. You can try walking as fast as you can for one minute, followed by a slower pace for 30 seconds, then another fast minute, then another slow 30 seconds (intervals) or you can try running for 1 minute, walking for 1 minute, running for 1 minute , walking for 1 minute. If you dont enjoy running this might be a little better than just running straight as the walking breaks up the workout and the running (if done in sprints) will help you burn fat.
For the weights... What are you doing?
For diet, try eating every 3 hours and stick to lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veggies, and healthy fats. Eat a protein with every meal and stick to fruits before noon and veggies after.
Hope this helps...
Cassie
