Lots of cardio=Fat loss?

Post by sunnygirl84 »

I do cardio 4-5 times a week (running for 40 minutes and elliptical for 20) for an hour an 20 mins. Most work out routines I see have people doing 45 minutes, and I'm wondering why and if you can do more should you? It seems like I've stopped loosing as much fat as I used to.

I don't do any weight training because I really don't like that muscular look on women, especially shorter gals like myself, but what is the best way to achieve a lean toned look.

Lift weights, you will not look big and muscular, women's bodies are not designed to unless you use steroids. Too much cardio, you are defeating yourself. Eat 6 times a day to boost your metabolism.

Monday: Weights
Tuesaday:Cardio
Wednesday: Weights
Thursday: Off
Friday: Cardio
Saturday: Weights
Sunday: Off

It works!

I'm on a M-W-F weights and Cardio on Tu and Sat - and just this morning someone who watched me on the treadmill doing HIIT, said I looked great, toned and had definition - WOW! That made day! So, if I can do it, you can :)
