You should keep your whole body straight on the bench, push your chest out a bit, have a comfortable grip on the bar, and make sure your feet stay flat on the floor .. that about sums it up in opinion
And that's really not that much weight to be honest.

I don't agree with touching your chest. I believe in bringing it about 6 inches from your chest. You're going too far past 90 degrees if u touch your chest.

not sure on that one...what looks like 90 degrees is not in most cases..it's the same as parallel when squatting which people see as 90 degrees but it really closer to 110 degrees

6" from the chest is too high and aren't bench presses, they're lockouts, partials, board presses etc which are different

i would never go lower than 6 inches from chest.
try measuring 6 inches from your chest. u're going to be more than 90 degrees of which i do believe in going a little lower. i believe for people such as myself that it's damaging to the elbows and drains too much strength for the rest of the workout. i also believe in doing very fast reps, not the 3 up and 6 down.

for the rest of the workout. considering i can bench about 150% of body weight, i'd think advice is at least worth something

i can too (115kgs at 75kgs bw) but i'd never say only bench to 6" above the chest...if you've got shoulder problems then maybe (there's other ways to for that)...try and tell a powerlifter that and you'll get murdered
