Wouldn't do any of those. The format of them is a bit higgledy-piggledy

If you're going to do a split, which is okay, then you could go for something like this.

Legs, Biceps, Abs

Chest, Triceps, Abs

Back Shoulders, Abs

Or you could switch the Shoulders and Biceps around, remembering to keep those workouts split apart, so no doing those workouts on 3 straight days.

So I should take Tuesday and Thursday off/do cardio on those days? Or should I not do cardio because I'm trying to gain weight.

Also, should I do all ab exercises on all days, or should I do upper abs on the first, lower on the second, and obliques on the third?

No you do the whole Abdominal area, on the days prescribed.

You'd do Cardio on the days when you don't lift.

Works a bit like this.

Day 1. Weights, including Abs.

Day 2. Cardio

Day 3. Weights including Abs.

Day 4. Day off

Day 5. Cardio

Day 6. Weights including Abs.

Day 7. Day off.

One last thing...

Should ab exercises be the same on each day or should I mix them up?

Do the same stuff for Abs. Yes some Cardio is okay. I'd stick to stuff like interval or Sprints, something like that for 30 minutes a time. Don't go silly and do 3 or 4 hour long sessions a week, as that's not necessary.
