When watching or monitoring carb intake do I count carbs I derive from fruits?
Or, should I subtract them from total because these make up a part of "good" carbs?

from what im aware you just substract the fiber intake...sooo say you have a fruit with 20g carbs and 5g fiber..your total carb intake would be 15g
