I was pretty huge back in younger years and weighed about 106kgs.
Im down to 78ish kgs and this last bit is kind of harder to get rid of if that makes sense? I remember sheding the weight before and don't remember it being as difficult. This last bit would be like the icing on the cake *no pun intended* if i could get rid of it. Any tips?
I'm currently doing cardio for about 30mins 5x wk and strength training about once *not that good i know*
and any tips on loose skin?
Yes agreed. Ditch 2 of the Carido sessions ,and switch them for weights stuff. If you're doing total body work, you'll be fine 3x a week on that.
I'd do something like this.
Day 1 Weights
Day 2 Cardio
Day 3 Weights
Day 4 Day off
Day 5 Cardio
Day 6 Weights
Day 7 Day off
This stops you being inactive for 2 days straight, and doing stuff for more than 3 days stright.
As for loose skin, it can happen if weight loss is a bit rapid. Gentle weight loss often results in a better skin restructuring process.
The increased weight training should help with that.
As for other stuff, we'd need to know what meals you eat, and what times you eat, because if someones diet's too ropey, the quality exercise will always be highly compromised.
