I've always done the normal military press in shoulders workout... should i start doing the arnold press instead, or maybe do both? If somebody could shed some light on this or just stress their personal preference it would be greatly appreciated!
i would just do one...you're already probably doign a lot of bench pressing movements so coupled with more shoulder pressing which uses a lot of the same muscles and a very similar action, you'll quickly see each of those lifts decrease and/or stagnate
