gaining muscle mass?
Ok im 16 years old about 5"9 and i weight about 126 Ibs. I cant get weights and go to a gym so every tuesday thursday and saturday i do body weight exercises...pushups, dips, crunches, reverse cruches, calf raises, body weight squats, chin ups and pullups. I just started this a week ago and for diet I eat like 6 meals a day I stopped eating junky foods and Im eating like meats dairy grains and stuff um can u give me tips with the things I have to increase mass and strength remember I cant do weight lifting cuz cant go to a gym and cant buy weights and how many reps and sets of each exercise should I do and should I increase it every week? thanks in advance
What you can do is use those 4l milk jugs. You fill them with sand, half, quarter or completely full, then you weigh them and use them as your weights. You wont be able to do bench press unless you use a broom handle or something, this probably sounds very ghetto but it will work. Continue with lots of push ups and pull ups. They are very affective exercises.
