is it better to do cardio workout 1 hour doing 20min of intense jumproping, 20 min of running, and 10 minutes of sprinting with 10 minutes of jogging?
OR
is it better to just do 1 hour of jumprope alone, or 1 hour of jogging, etc..
?? any suggestions?

both are not great
10mins x 3 exercises 2/week is probably perfect, rotating 2min intervals or something is probably the way to go
even better, get outside and sprint, eat veegies and meat and lift wts and give that cardio-waste-of-time-shit-away completley

Mixing it up is better. The alterations in movement pattern and cadence, would in theory stop the Heart adjusting to the exercise as easily.
Realisitcally though, most Cardio of that type doesn't need to be 1hr, it could just be 30 min, about 2-3 times a week of Sprints, Interval etc etc.

replace the sit ups with inverted rows and/or chin ups
