Adding Whey Protein Into Diet

Post by belladiamondz »

Ok I am trying to loose those last stubborn 10 pounds. Ive lost 35+ lbs and managed to keep it off for over a year now.

I have recently changed diet even more, where I am eating very clean...no salt, sugar, dairy spices, oils..just whole grains lots of berries, fruits and veggies, steamed fish, rice milk and soy yogurt/pudding etc...and recently I purchased from VITASHOP.com NSI Natural Whey Protein Complex with Xylitol, Stevia & Aminogen Vanilla Flavor....it has no artifical colors, added sugar etc....

It has 115 calories and tastes great even when I mix it with just water (sometimes I use low-fat vanilla rice milk)

anyways, question is do you think drinking one shake is hindering weight loss efforts, or should I be drinking more or less protein right now since I am trying to loose weight...help please?
I havent ever used a supplement like this but since i dont eat meat I really have no source of protein in diet other than fish and eggs..I wanted to supplement this into diet but I am unsure if its halting weight loss....??

Ive attached the link here for the product I am using...if anyone knows of something better...please let me know =)

She's a pescetarian according to her profile. And according to another post she subscribes to Gwyneth Paltow's exercise regime. So 3 pound weights I guess.
