TONED
I am 5'1 wieghing 41kl. I wanted to maintain wieght but want to be toned also at the same time. I know diet will be a lot of help. Should i eat more than I do everyday to get toned? and what kind of foods? protien or more carbs? thank you so much!

I always have brown rice on first two meals of the day, with chicken breast (always grilled/baked) and vegetable salad with egg in ceasar dressing. First meal at 10am, 2nd at 3pm, and at 8pm I just eat a lot of vegetable salad with egg and canned tuna. I snack with one fruit a day and...... potato chips!
