Chest

Post by david90 »

Is there any particular exercise or workout i should follow to reduce man boobs. I know i am only 19, but i am still worried. I have been going to the gym for about a year now(lots of cardio to lose weight).

I have only started training chest(mostly upper chest) for about 2 months, and boobs seem to have got a little bigger actually and that worries me. I need help guys, please, this issue is deeply affecting social skills.

Edit: I would also like to add that i have an endomorph figure. No matter how much i train, i still seem to have the jiggle(i hope you get what i mean) in the chest and stomach area.

I have a whole month of vacation coming up and i could really sweat it out before school term begins. I would really appreciate the help guys, thanks!

Okay, search up 5 ways to increase testosterone by chad waterbury... If you think you've got excessive gynecomastia, go see a plastic surgeon/get an ultrasound. Also, research beforehand to make sure that you know what exactly your condition is - if its not breast tissue and its just fat.. you should just lift hard and read the diet sticky =o
