Workout from gym in garage. How can increase the weight when bench pressing to max, if I have no training partner/spotter

you can not do a single rep max safely under these conditions.

However you can do a 10 rep max safely. ( the formula used by fitness professionals is a 10 rep max =75% of a persons 1 rep max)

So as an example if you do 75 lbs as a 10 set max.
Your 1 set max would be around 100 lbs.

( I use these weights to keep the math simple I am sure you lift much more than that :D )

why do you have to? just go 1 rep short of max and keep building on that
