-is doing lockouts gonna help with bigger bench?
-should i lockout more than i bench or the same weight?

If that portion of the lift is your weak point, then yes, it should help. If you're already excelling at the lockout, however, working it harder won't help. You'll need to work the first part instead.
Again, it depends on if the lockout portion of the lift is your strong point or not. If so, then yes, but if not, then no, it will be less.

lockouts are great...even if you donlt need extra lockout strength they strengthen your connective tissue and gives you the feeling of heavier wts to come
you should really have someone lift it off for you if you can, not great for the shoulders putting it on/off the rack
not sure what forearm work will do...
you should be locking out more wt then normal benches or you need more tricep work/partial bench press work
