Well I know some of you may know the progess I have made over the last 4 weeks from a previous post, but yesterday I injured hand playing basketball, and I am in a cast for the next 4 weeks . I can't lift weights, so I am restricted to legs and cardio only. Will I lose muscle over the next 4 weeks since I can't do any upper body work? Should I increase cardio from 3 HIIT sessions a week or simply add a day of steady cardio to the HIIT sessions?
train your good arm as hard as you normally would and train legs as best you can, may need some machines (dare i say leg press???) but you can easily get way with lunges holding a db in one hand or squats with wts coming off a belt
