currently I only drink 1 protein shake a day, that is after i work out. I take a thing called "muscle milk" its 50g of protein in it. I was just wonder what everyone else used and how much protein they take, and if u think i should be drinking it more then once a day. Since im only 116lbs, drinking 100g of protein a day kinda seems like a lot! just looking for some feedback
1 20 - 30g scoop of protein is all you need after training...you're simply giving the protein company monet following their 2 scoops, twice a day guidleines
