Thought we could all share the little things we do within our day to day lives to help our body be at its best.
1) I always keep tummy tight when walking, sat etc
2) when walking i squeeze butt cheek with each stride
3) I do pelvic floor squeezes while watchin tv etc. All women should do then whatever age you are. You will be glad you did when you get older.

I lie on the floor and do inversions while watching TV each night to help with circulation.
kegal exercises during commercials on the prime time shows I watch.
Stretch and joint rotations in the morning before showering.

#1 While I'm at work, I make a concious effort to sit up & chest out for good posture. Really helps back.
#2 Kegals are great.
#3 Squeeze those butt cheks while in stride
#4 Definately engage abs while standing and sitting.
#5 Drink lots of H2O...definately makes me feel fuller and resist the urge for those morning doughnuts that sit in the breakroom every morning!

1) I don't give myself the option to miss morining workout. Not going is NOT an option (unless I'm on death bed). So many people continually ask me how I manage to drag myself out of bed every morning at 4:30... Its simple: GET UP AND GET GOING! There are no other options.
2) Have healthy food handy AT ALL TIMES!... I work in an office with a desk facing a candy machine full of m&ms (in fact i'm looking at it as I write this). In order to avoid the junk I have mixed nuts, boiled eggs, sliced bell peppers, and low fat cheese handy at all times. This keeps me on track.
These seem to work for me... :)
