I wouldn't do it. I'm sure you can find all that information and more online for free. Just work on tuning your BS radar.
And for your convenience:
That'll be twelve easy payments of $97.99.

Doubt it. I think the problem is that overweight people get a week's worth of food in the mail but they eat it all in one day because the portions aren't what they're used to. Either way, you shouldn't count on people to put meals together for you, nor should you go for "health" food. Healthy food is just that: food. Fresh fruit and veggies, nuts and natural wheats/oats, etc.. Nothing fancy.1. Many so-called "health foods" are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that actually stimulate you to gain more fat... yet the diet food marketing industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.
Who wants a flat six/eight pack? Don't people typically want nice, rugged washboard abs? Anyway... you have to exercise your abs to develop them. The problem is that no matter how insanely ripped your abs are, they're not going to show through the average person's 30% body fat. A combination of diet and exercise is all there is to it.2. Ab exercises like crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs. We'll explore what types of exercises REALLY work in a minute.
This one is actually right. Anything boring will only make you quit. You should alternate between running, cycling, swimming, jumping rope, dancing and anything else you enjoy doing. Also, your pace should vary. Around a minute or so of intense work (say, sprinting) followed by two or so minutes of medium paced work (say, lightly jogging/walking briskly).3. Boring repetitive cardio exercise routines are NOT the best way to lose body fat and uncover those six pack abs. I'll show you the exact types of unique workouts that produce 10x better results below.
They're not special... and yeah... don't waste your money on schemes. Cough, cough...4. You DON'T need to waste your money on expensive "extreme fat burner" pills (that don't work) or other bogus supplements. A special class of natural foods is much more effective. I'll tell you about these natural foods and their powers below.
True, but I doubt this gimmick will give you what works. I, on the other hand, did above.5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks... they're all a complete waste of your time and money. Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body by using that "ab contraption"... they got their perfect body through REAL workouts and REAL nutrition strategies. Again, you'll learn some of their secrets and what really works below.

Most of that stuff can probably be read for free. They just tell you they're amazing secrets you have to pay for, to possibly dupe the unweary.
If he's any good he could make money being a PT, or something like that, and tell some of those secrets for nothing on-line, without jeopardising his income.
Just because other people are B.S'ing you, don't think those that tell you that, are being straight up folks either, they just want you to feel freaked enough about the B.S merchants, that you'll think they're your new best friend instead and you can trust them 100%.
Fact is you don't know you can trust the whistle blower, you just see them making some kind of sense, and believe they're the real deal.
Yes they are probably a lot less unscrupulous, but they're still after your money, to tell you things you could probably find on-line for free, on websites and forums, but the difference is, if you don't know, or think you don't know what they know, you would find it harder to look up that stuff online, without any starting points.
If they were to tell you maybe 2-3 of the 10 tips they claim to know, you could check the info online for accuracy, then maybe decide if the guy's legit or not.
Important thing to remember, they are still after your money, and the fact they tell you other people B.S. the guillible, doesn't make them, squeaky clean.
Save your money, or at least do the research and check the person out first, so you feel 100% HAPPY, you can trust the persons judgement and that they seem genuine.
