which waterbury?

whats the best waterbury to do if ive never done one? i was looking at "the waterbury method" but it had things like upright rows and such, which i thought were bad for you? (well they kill shoulders!)

I like the carmel filled ones or the ones with the crunchie things in it.

im sure cadburrys would get me huge but not in the way i would like! :wink:

we can substitute exercises easily enough...you've done a lot of 10 x 3 stuff already haven't you?

maybe his re done triple totla training or whatever it's called? his idea'; shave changed simnce his earlier stuff so maybe read all his stuff from t-nation from the last 12mths or so...from "it's all about to change.." (an article title i think that's what it is) onwards

yeah i did the 10x3 stuff for a while. yeah ok il head over to tnation and report back with the inevitable questions :)
