For years i would do tae bo once or twice a week but havnt done it for quite some time.
Tonight I could not be bothered with the journey to the gym and have no weights at home so decided to dust off one of old dvds.
I feel so energised now and destressed. What do you guys think to me doing 3 weight sessions a week as usual but if i have a spare day doing some tae bo?
