I adore olive oil and i put it in every salad i eat. I try use one tb spoon and not more but i was wondering if its ok for the dinner?Or can u suggest me use some light salad dressing and what would be better for fat loss?

Yes it's fine for Dinner, and if you use Cold Pressed Extra Virgin, then even better compared to regular O O.

I heard that its good to take at least 2 table spoon of olive oil a day good for your heart and stuff is this true?

Yes it could be, and possibly for things like Joint health too.

I use salad vinegar, balsamic vinegar, or sometimes squeeze some fresh lime/lemon juice over salads
