trying to lose fat, NOT weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by kikinho600 »

i'm kind of new to this posting kind of thing, but i really need some help.
ok i'm a guy 5' 6" 157 pounds(currenty taking creatine) i see myself in a pretty good shape, bf% between 11 to 13%, for the las six months i gained about 10 pounds of muscle, but i want to continue getting big but without storing fat. the problem area is midscetion, well is not a big problem, as i can see abs and everything but i want them to get more noticable. i'm looking to have a bf% between 6 to 8%. i was thinking of using a fatburner like lipo 6x or something similar, but i don't know if it's worth it, its not like i need to lose a large amount of weight. have you tried any fat burner?

workout is like this
day 1 chest, biceps, 30 min cardio(light run 6.5 to 7 miles p/hour)
day 2 legs, abs
day 3 back, triceps
day 4 shoulders, traps, calves, fore arms, abs, Cardio(HIIT)
Day 5 10k run

meals are like this

meal1. bowl of plain oatmeal, a scoop of whey, 1 banana, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg. 1 cup of green tea
meal 2. 16 oz of chicken breast
meal 3. turkey sandwich
meal 4.(preworkout) 2 small aples, 2tp of peanut butter, 1 cup of green tea.
meal 5(post workout) protein shake, 2 bananas, glass of nonfat milk.
meal 6 two cottage cheese tostadas with a slice of turkey on each.

do you find any flaws in workout program or diet plan? any help will appreciated.

you need more cardio and try to keep your strength training to every other it seems like you might be over training, try to do a low crab diet you'll lose weight that way me. self was just like your workout but i found out that i was just making muscles more fatigued and i needed rest.good thing your doing HIIT im on that right now and im also doing p90x together thats a lot of fat loss try p90x you'll feel good even after a few weeks on it. creatine is good but are you gonna keeping taking creatine or stop afterward?? because once you stop useing creatine you'll lose muscle mass and you wont be as big, i used it too but im having secondthoughts if i should take it still, it can give you diharrea. here im show you how a workout routine should look like
monday arms,(everything from biceps, triceps, forearms) and shoulders but try mixing up the exercises try not to keep doing the same moves over and over again your muscles will get bored do different variations
tuesday do some cardio
wednesday legs and back try mixing up your excercises here too like do them in different variations
thursday cardio
friday chest, abs for the chest only do different moves in different variations or the same moves in different variations
saturday do your 10k run
sunday rest

thats how workout will be after im done with p90x and your eating plan is good just try to keep it low in carbs. hope this helps.if u have anymore questions im willing to help

i'll be honest here...

1 - creatine at 157pds? insane...train twice as hard, eat more and out that on the shelf if you wanna keep bulking up
2 - if you wanna get to 6 - 8% (not sure why you'll struggle to hold it) then you'll need to do an actual 12 week fat loss phase...none of this "i wanna keep building up but also get more tined", it can;t really be done
3 - lioburner? tell me what they actually do.. and why eating and training properly won't do the same thing
4 - bodypart splits are also rubbish, ecspecially for someone who has limited recovery abilities and a high metabolism (the reason your 157pds)
5 - 10km runs are about as outdated for anything but getting better at running 10kms then packards grandma - ZING!!!
6 - eat the egg yolks for goodness sakes, whoever said that egg yolks were bad needs to be shot
7 - no where near enough cal's for muscle gain...what you've gained is "newbie" gains where masturbating will increase muscle gains
8 - for fat loss diet you'll need to limit all carbs to the 1 meal after training and even then you'll only have 100g absoultely max and more then likely less (50 - 70ish grams)...all other meals will be fruit (at meal 1) and veggies for all other meals and solid protein and healthy fats
9 - nelson that creatine stuff was not good...you don;t lose muscle, you lose water/glycogen that creatine stores in the muscle and it won;t give you the runs unless if you rtake it as prescribed

the mass was water, they probably didn't even gain muscle just water and glycogen storage...that's really what it does

they'll lose a little strength but nothing a bit of hard training couldn't rectify
