treadmills

I jog/speedwalk on treadmill 5 nights a week for 45 mins or longer, but it does not seen to be doing anything for bum and thighs, I have had conflicting advise about whether or not to have incline set fully up (on the highest setting) or not, I would love to hear what other people have to say. Thanks

try some lunges, squats or deadlifts. your bum will let you know how it feels the day after

Hey you should try the eliptical trainer.. it does wonders on the butt and thighs.. it works out those two areas big time.. aswell as upper body.. :wink:

Squats, lunges, planks. Lift heavy.

Ditto what Shelly said, plus deadlifts :D
