treadmills
I jog/speedwalk on treadmill 5 nights a week for 45 mins or longer, but it does not seen to be doing anything for bum and thighs, I have had conflicting advise about whether or not to have incline set fully up (on the highest setting) or not, I would love to hear what other people have to say. Thanks

just a thought
Hey you should try the eliptical trainer.. it does wonders on the butt and thighs.. it works out those two areas big time.. aswell as upper body..
