Progress i started a 90kg and now i am 75kg

The first one is at 79kg the second is when i am 75kg.

question is should i start concentrating on the muscles instead of the cardio training

So for the past few months i have been concentrating on cardio, i have reached a better weight 75kg ( even though i am still not satisfied ) .
As you said i should include in plan time for muscles .

diet is : - Morning Cornflakes ( special k, kellog ) + skimmed + fruit
- afternoon sandwich
- night ( pasta or rice + meat or chicken )


training plan 3 to 4 times cardio a week ( 45 minutes )
everytime i finish cardio i work on the machines ( triceps,biecps, abs...)

As i am still an amateur in this journey, i would appreciate all comments ( specially on the diet part, because i am not sure if diet is correct)

(Eat the Fruit, give it 10-15 minutes to digest, and then eat the Cereal. This should improve Fruit transit. You need more Protein though, like some Chicken, Ham, Eggs, Turkey etc etc.)

(You need some kind of snack in here along the same lines, as the added choices I gave you for breakfast, but you could add things in there like low Fat Cheese, Yoghurt, legumes etc etc.)

- afternoon sandwich

(Add another snack in there somewhere, like 2 hours after dinner for example.)
