Feel so sleepy....

Dear friends, i do train every day after job exactly when i feel soo sleepy and dizzy all day working infront of the PC. Also I live in a place with much humidity and I'm not use to grow up in that kind of klima make me so lazy and sleepy. Can u help me how to make myself more "fresh" and "entusastic" before the gym?Can I take some supplements about it and what kind? :)

Try boosting your Carbs. If you're training on empty or using low Carbs, that could do it.

feed yourself during the day..from the sounds of your goal you probably aren;t

you catched me swanso :twisted: I dont eat much all work day due to very busy jobs and 8 hours non stop sitting infront of the PC without any break - only i eat salads with tuna /water packed/ and some yogurt all day. When i go home I feel soo sleepy. If i eat smthing i want fall down at the sofa watching TV but i push myself hardly go to the gym!

P.S. Boss thanks for your oppinion , I eat some carb after job may be thats lazines! :roll:

I would recommend that you try to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day to keep your metabolism up...Snack on things like almonds that give you energy

Almonds contain a lot of good Fat. That's a secondary energy source, not a primary. Good for snacks though, but if you want good energy based Nutsd, go for Cashews, as they are Carb carriers too :).

Not being rude, just making a point.
