Struggling to find time to workout

Post by dkissler »

Recently I have graduated from college and gotten a job as a teacher and this demanding schedule for teaching is conflicting with workout schedule. Before I started teaching I would work out around 7-9am and now that is not an option. gym is not open until 6am and I have to be to school at 7am so there is not enough time before school. I then plan for the next day of class until 5pm and I am absolutely exhausted that I just can't get myself to go to the gym after school and planning. Does anyone have suggestions of how I can get workout back on track I would love to hear from you.

Hi there,

It can definitely be a challenge to find time to work out on a regular basis. I currently work 40 hours a week as an insurance rep, plus every other night at the gym, while going to college full time to obtain bachelors degree.... So I can definitely relate to the schedule dilema. suggestions...

1) Are there any other gyms in town that open earlier? If you could get to the gym by 4:30 or 5 am you would have enough time to work out and get to work
2) If you cant switch gyms you can always work out at home in the mornings. There are tons of exercises that can be done with just body weight or a simple set of free weights and an exercise ball. You could also invest in a jump rope, which is great for cardio and can be used for HIIT.
3) Last option is to simply suck it up and go to the gym after work. I've found alot of times I feel really tired leaving work but once I get to the gym and get moving I feel alot better. You could also try to plan ahead as much as you can on the weekends so you don't have to stay quite as late after working and could perhaps get to the gym a little earlier.

We all have barriers in life that can get in the way and make it difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle... some have health barriers, some have time barriers, and some have motivation barriers. I have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning in order to get workout in and alot of times I don't get done with work until 7pm when I am finished teaching class at the gym, then I still have a few hours of homework to conquer once I get home. Its about setting prioritities and figuring out what is most important to you. If working out and being healthy is a priority to you then you will find a way to make time for it every day.

Hope this helps. :)

ORRRRR.....

You can do something most people on this website would not agree to, But it is effective and works.. Buy an energy supplement, preferably Nitric Oxide(No) supplements which give u Vascular support and enhancement, strength, and most importantly Mental FOCUS to hit the gym and hit it heavy!.. most of them have caffeine but its less then a cup of cofee and its powerful!..

When all else fails for you..TRY IT!.. Cause it works wonders for me!

Forget NO products, you'd be almost certainly better with Arginine instead, (if you considered taking things like that), it helps promote NO production, but does other things too, and unless you have a Herpes Virus, you shouldn't get issues with it.
