Ive been working out for a while, currently I am eating every 3 hours (or a bit less) with protein and veg at every meal (with fruit spaced out)
The only supplements i take are :
Whey protein powder
Cod liver oil capsule
Do I need to take a whole load of other supplements? Is eating right and protein shakes enough? I hear all this talk about flax seeds or fish oil etc. also is there any difference between whey isolate and whey protein powder?
The whey isolate i was gonna pick up has 50g per serving mixed with water
