6.00 AM => 1/2 glass Warm water

7.00 AM => 1 cup tea + 2 biscuits (less sugar)

8.30 to 10 AM =>
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Weight training workout
Tuseday, Thursday, Saturday - Cardio

11 AM => 1 chapati (Indian wheat bread) + Vegatables

2 PM => 1 chapati (Indian wheat bread) + Vegatables

5 PM => 1 cup tea + 2 biscuits (less sugar)

8.30 PM => Oat meal + Salad / Soup

Please give me suggestions for coming down from 194 lbs to 154 lbs in 6 months. :?

Hi again!

8.30 to 10 AM =>
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Weight training workout YAY!!! NEED PROTEIN SHAKE AFTER LIFTING
Tuseday, Thursday, Saturday - Cardio

11 AM => 1 chapati (Indian wheat bread) + Vegatables NEED PROTEIN HERE

2 PM => 1 chapati (Indian wheat bread) + Vegatables NEED PROTEIN HERE

5 PM => 1 cup tea + 2 biscuits (less sugar) NEED PROTEIN HERE

8.30 PM => Oat meal + Salad / Soup NEED PROTEIN HERE

You also need some healthy fats in your diet... nuts, nut butter, avacado, olives, olive oil, coconut oil, flax, fish

I agree with what Cassie said. You need protein in your diet and at the times she stated. Lean meats like chicken and turkey breast, and beef. Fish and legumes are great protein sources. Then add your veggies and salads;)
