Help needed for a nutrition plan to help build muscle ***

Post by Rashar »

Hello,

I am looking for a nutrition plan to help me build muscle to be cut and define. I'm not looking to be the body builder type, but would like to gain enough muscle to look very cut and define. I'm , 180 lbs. now 5 foot 10 mid 30's. arms and legs are pretty thin now.

I've read and looked for some nutrition plans on this site but not sure if they are for me. The major problem that I have is I can't stomach fruits and lettuce. Things like bannans, grapes, apples, oranges I can't eat.

Could someone please provide me with a suggested meal plan to accomplish goals?

Thanks in advance.

One thing is for sure, you are not going to need to worry about fruit consumption if you are trying to be a bodybuilder. Natural bodybuilding is about four things 1) Protein 2) High caloric intake 3) heavy weight training 4) sufficient rest. Fruit has very little to do with growing muscle.
