Has anyone tried Hydroxycut? Was looking for a weightloss product that would help suppress appetite and help burn more fat. Was just wondering if anyone had tried it and how it worked.
Thanks
Hydroxycut?

Hay there.
I have no personal experience of using a Fat Burner, but I've read quite a bit about peoples use of it, and now believe these things are not the hot potatos, they may have once been promoted as.
I'm not going to sit here and say don't use, don't use, everytime someone asks about such a product, but I will make it clear I don't believe in them as a viable weight loss method.
If you check out "Fat Burner Question" topic, on the Weight Loss section, I think it might help you if check it out, and have a think about what it says.
If you need anything else, please do ask myself or anybody else here yeah.
Take care

i have tried them and without decreasing cal's, cardio or anything, more defintion of abs was visible but as with all supp's, as soon as you stop using them you just go back to what you were...find a sustainable eating and exercise plan andn think long term...ohh and it's expensive a bottle only lasted 3 weeks if i remember correctly and cost me $100
Completly agree there. During use I saw more definition in ab and leg areas. BUT I had a terrible reaction to the caffeine, which was good and bad. After taking them I could easily go out and run 2 or so miles and go do a full workout in the gym, also made me jittery and heart rate was everywhere. I think you have to weigh the good and bad. And again he's right, a week after I stopped using them the ab definition faded. Although I'm not jittery lolswanso5 wrote:i have tried them and without decreasing cal's, cardio or anything, more defintion of abs was visible but as with all supp's, as soon as you stop using them you just go back to what you were...find a sustainable eating and exercise plan andn think long term...ohh and it's expensive a bottle only lasted 3 weeks if i remember correctly and cost me $100
The definition would have faded, because your diet wasn't right to maintain such definition, but then if it was, you could almost certainly have gotten it without Hydroxycut.

On the contrary, there are products out there where the Science behind it is sound. I'm not just speaking from infomercials or from reading up on a product, I have tried a few of these products (pills or liquid) during the years I played football and although I was a bigger boy, I became stronger, faster and more resilient on the field. The newest of which used specific Amino Acid combinations to build and reconstruct muscle groups. Its been a long time so I can't explain everything behind the science off the top of head but some of these things do work the way they should. The problem is getting it at an affordable rate for regular citizens and not just Olympic athletes or football players.
