Are the supplements necessary to get good results? And I don't have a dip belt so I can't do the proper set/rep combo for dips/chin ups, can I get away with ordering a $20 one online? All of the local sports stores have one in stock, and it is $50.

A1 Dips
A2 Bent-Over Barbell or Dumbbell Rows
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds (between exercise pairings)
Note: A1/A2 consists of a superset pairing
Sry to bring back an old topic, but, I can't do these as a superset because the dumbells and the barbells are too far away from the dip bars, is there anything i should do to compensate for this?
And how would you use a regular belt to put weights on?

I have a question about that Waterbury Method.
Let's take the A1 Dips and A2 Bent-Over Barbell Rows as an example. Now I've searched through this site and I read that it's: Do A1, rest 60, do A2, rest 60. But on the WM site I'm understanding that it's do A1, do A2, then rest 60, then repeat. Which one is it? Because isn't a super set where you do two exercises one after another and then take the break?
