i'm 18 yr old 170lb i'v been focusing on losing body fat lately...
i heard that cutting the calorie intake too abruptly is bad, so i am slowly cutting calories down (3000 a day) and i'm trying the best i can to consume 1 pound of protein of weight (so it would be 170 gram of protein everday), and because i was so bussy i couldn't really workout much past these 3 weeks... and i've lost 3 lb... i'm afraid if i lost fat, or muscle... what do you think?
i lost weight...
