i'm a big alcohol drinker and happen to drink 4 times a week or more sometimes and i usually drink quiet well (100-150gr). what can i do to minimize the side effects of alcohol on body?
i usually drink alot of water, eat beef or duck liver and refrain from eating much fruits as fructose is processed by the liver. i also do alot of cardio which speeds up metabolism a great deal. i cycle carbs and usually don't eat fat crap even when drunk... anything else i could do to diminish the side effects amd reduce acetate faster?

You could try having something with the Alcohol, like eating unsalted Nuts, depending on what's served at the Bar, in snack form, so you have something to soak up the Alcohol, or possibly line the stomach first, so have something like a glass of Lemonade or still Water maybe, before each pint, so you are diluting it, and weakening it in the gut.
Or have lemonade Shandys, I.E. 2/3 Lemonade 1/3 Beer / Lager.
Remebering of course that 1/2 a pint of Beer, is a unit not 1 pint, and will take 1 hour to be processed in the Liver.

sameey by carb cycling i mean : when i drink i diminish overall carb intake for that day so that i stay slightly above maintenance.
also
if i have a race or a soccer game i load (400-450gr per day) from two days before so that glycogen reservoir is full, after the game i reload again and then carb down for 1 day (i'd go as low as 150gr of carbs that day and mostly complex and fiber) that helps burn some fat.
i've been able to be at around 6-7% like this with very high energy levels. i have a sedentary job and i'm in thirties... i run a mile under 5min which is close to what i used to do when i was 16!
