kindly give me some suggestions that how can i reduce hips, as these are a bit fatty.

What's your diet like? Read the sticky in the diet section called "read before posting". What do you do for exercise right now? I would recommend doing some HIIT if you aren't already.

For some reason or other many people (men and women) "see" things that don't necessarily represent reality.
What are your measurements? Your height and weight?
With that information we can determine if you need a workout program or a shrink.
