Weight Gain
I am 18 years old guy
Height - 6'1
Weight - 58 Kgs
I need to gain weight and bulk up body. Plz let me know what should i do. Should I take some supplements if yes plz tell me which one should i use.
i have purchased some barbells and dumbells
i do 2 sets 25 reps of 16 kg plates flat bench press and dumbells of 6kgs.
should i use more weight in barbells or is it ok i want fast results.

Im no expert so ill leave it to the real experts to give you advice but i will just say that you need to lift heavier then you are for results. Im a 130lb woman and I use 8kg dumbells so you should def be lifting heavier then me. And some of the women on here, who amaze me may i add, lift much much more then me.

you need more weight, less reps // more sets (maybe like 5 sets of 5 or 6 sets of 4).
you also need to incorporate more muscles than just your pectorals, shoulders, triceps.
add legs and back to your workouts -- if you can do pullups or chinups somewhere that's always good, use your barbell to add deadlifts and squats to your workouts. you could also do those with dumbbells. try adding a clean and press.
hopefully someone can give you some more advice
but as far as suppliments go, i'd definately suggest Fish Oil, Multivitamins, and whey protein
