Dear Friend, you may try to have a pre workout drink and post workout drink to immediately replenish your body with the necessary nutrients. If you have take in protein supplements without the fats and oils your body will release the fats to absorb the proteins in your body. So you may try taking in whey protein, creatine supplements for daily use. Try to have naturally derived purgatives according to directions on the label. You should always have 25 gm of dietary fiber intake in your meals. Never fail to drink a gallon of water everyday. Avoid junk food, processed foods at all times. In case of exercise you may try to substitute your current routine with bodyweight exercises or sandbag exercises for half an hour. They will give combined benefit of aerobic and anaerobic exercise even faster. Try to have eight hours of sleep every night and reduce stress in your environment as much as possible. The supplement you are looking for more fat loss may be DHEA, which you can enquire in your local pharmacy, and have it in recommended daily doses.Johnhallison wrote:Hiiii

Hope this helps friend.
I'm not sure what you're reading man, (not being rude), but DHEA is used by some men over 50, to help combat loss of Hormones and muscle. Most people say it's a very mediocre muscle growth product at best.
25g of Fibre is a random figure. The figure is usually 35g, and no more than 50 per day, if you meant 25g per meal, that's liable to possibly cause Diarrhoea.
I doubt the body won't release Fats to absorb Protein. The body can absorb Protein, firstly breaking it down with Proteases and Peptidases assisted by some Duodenal, Gastric and Pancreatic homrmoes of sort, and then Intestinal activity, but the Protein is spiked better into muscles via Insulin increase triggered from a Carb source.
Creatien is not a useful supplement to anyone unless they are really well built, as the results in terms of power increases are generally poor for those with mild strength, and for people doing endurance based things that use a lot of Slow twitch muscle Fibres, it's pretty worthless.
Why bodyweight exercises as a substitute? They won't help as much as resistance work.
As I say, not being rude, just don't understand where you're getting some of this stuff from, but I value you trying to help
