Could this potentially cause harm?

Post by Aitrus »

I was wondering if I was to do decline bench press on this apparatus gym has - it is a 'half-bench' with a place for the legs and lower back but nothing further without sustaining injury? I am honestly not sure what it is, and the question sounds a bit simple, but I am just not entirely sure what its functionality is... so if anyone would care to enlighten me!

Thanks~

It sounds like it was designed for abdominal work. I would not use it for decline benches. You will be stressing the upper back too much.
