qUSTION is "Drink A Milkshake WIth two Bananas,two raw Eggs and 2 glass of Milks i ask THAT its TRUE diet OR not?

Even if you drank a Milkshake like that, there's issues.

1. The Banana wouldn't digest very well, mixed with other things.

2. The Raw Eggs would potentially give you Salmonella.

3. The Carbohydrate spike, (Glycemic Load), would be very high, and not reccomended as a regular thing.

Plus, egg's protein bioavaibility is much reduce when non cooked right ?
