I want six pack to show. I currently weigh 138 lbs. Should I eat more than I already do or less to get six pack to show.
Also, what kinds of foods should I eat? Is it okay to eat a serving or two of cheese its every once in a while?

1 - take up resistance training
2 - i'd say eat more better foods and less shit foods
you haven;t told us how much you do eat though which is a bit silly...

I dont really know how much I eat normally I dont keep track. But today I'd say I ate about 1600 calories. And about 300 of those calories where shit foods
