Now's there's a man, who looks like he's displaying a whole multitude of pleasures, in one pose

With that sort of enthusiasm, zest and gusto, he's got a healthy future ahead of him.

Here's the plan and any advice is most welcome

exercise:
tai bo 3 days a week
pilates other 3 days a week
walking for 3-40 mins 4 times a week

Eating:
at 8 10 12 3 and 5
oatmeal banana pancakes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGWk57bd ... annel_page
tuna sandwiches n chicken breasts for lunch and dinner with veggies
in between meals equate ultra weight loss shakes

If I go nuts with a craving I eat a spoonful of peanut butter.

The biggest thing is that I can't give up this time. 3 years ago I was 220 I think I can get back to that in less time. I want to create a lifestyle of healthiness.

Thanks for your encouragement guys!

Hey there!

Why do you want to use the bands? Not that theres anything wrong with them but I believe you would benefit greatly from simple body weight exercises like lunges, squats, pushups, dips, and maybe use the bands after each bodyweight workout for a few extra exercises. Just thoughts.

Good luck on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle... Please keep us posted on your progress!

progress

I went from 280 up to 288 then to 285. Now I have bartered services from a personal trainer.

I'm going to build and maintain his website and he in turn is working me out 3 times a week for an hour each and keeping me accountable for diet and nutrition.

We started at 285lbs 19 pushups and 17 situps

after 5 weeks I'm at 275lbs I just did 34 pushups and 31 situps

I've given him full rights to exploit image on his website as an example of what he can do.

He's going to stay with me till I'm fit as a fiddle, whatever that means.
