Im about to start the art of waterbury and have a few questions,
I cant perform chin ups, because im pretty sure i have nothing to do them off of, is there an alternative? Also bench cant do decline but can do incline, im getting a new bench after christmas but for the time being when it says decline press, what should i do instead?
Also im not 100% on what 1rm's are, when is it safe to find out what they are, if im doing a program wit wt days mon, wed, fri?
Im getting a boxing bag for christmas, not for anything specific i just like working the bag, Is this a good form of cardio, what are the benifits?
Thanks in advance

if you've got your squat rack then do inverted rows instead of pull ups...if not then do decline pullovers or pulldowns
just do incline bench then but you could try elevating your bench on one end
you don;t need to test 1rm's a nd i suggest you don;t...just use a wt that allows for 2 reps more then you're aiming for each set...so if it says 6 reps per set, use a 8 rep wt etc and increase from there...the point is to get all the reps so the volume stimulates the growth
i don;t do boxing but i'd say mixed in with some bodyweight/core type citcuits, it would be a solid workout
