Shocking Muscles

Post by KevinWhite »

So I haven't been lifting as consistent as I was before, I read a thread about shocking muscles but that was if you hadn't worked out in a span of 2 weeks. I haven't been working out for a month and a half now, So I was wondering before I do any damage to body if I should do the usual exercises and lower the weight, I'm not sure.

you gotta work your way up. just like in a normal workout, i'd warmup with lighter weights and do maybe 10-15 reps just to get the blood flowing. so you can do the same and work your way up to where you were at. you can't really tell unless you try and see if it's too heavy or whatnot.

It helps to keep track of what you lift and when. If you have then go back to your last lifting days and drop 5-10 lbs and try it there. It should be a decent starting point, give or take anyways.

Cheers
