Maybe you need to change things up, or make alterations.

main motivation is to have a better quality of old age. It's not necessarily about what you achieve in the here and now, but what your life is going to be like when you're 65+, because why the hell should I have to get out of bed clutching lower back, or rubbing shoulder, or having something like seriously stiff joints, (as examples), when I'm older?

Try thinking about it that way, and think about what would happen if you stopped. All the lost benefit, lost muscle size, higher blood pressure and Cholesterol, reduced Bone density, increased risk of things like Heart disease and Cancers.

When you see how much you might have already done, and what you're sacrificing, can you afford to sacrifice it?

Incidentally, I train the same way all the time. It makes it easier to just get on and do it.

well you need to set short term and long term goals...actual goals, not just "wanna get bigger"...then set up a plan that caters to that goal/s

story on motivation:

Hi - I've been working out since September 1991. I got bored just this past May. I couldn't believe it myself. Well, you don't realize what good shape you're in until you stop. Ech! I'm starting to look 44! advise, just keep on trucking, because you'll hate the way you look if you stop, trust me on this one....Ali
