Cardio before or after?
Is it best to do cardio before or after weights? I'm following something similar to the waterbury method and i normally dont do cardio on weight days but sometimes i have to. For example i need to mow the lawn (45-hour of cardio big yard
) but i am still going to the gym. Should i go to the gym first or after? Thanks in advance.

Cardio after. You might use up quite a bit of Glycogen doing it first, and then affecting weights. Some do do it first, without an issue some perfer to do it after, so if you're not sure do it after.
Also don't do Cardio that targets areas you've been working.
So if you do a Leg day, don't use a treadmill, or stepper, or elliptical etc etc, use something like an Exercise Bike.
Same with Upper body muscles, don't do things like Rowing Machine, use something like Bike or Treadmill.
That way in such instances, you're not taxing the worked muscles too much, (if at all), and allowing yourself a better recovery time on the muscles.
